Relocation Information

REFERRAL INTERVIEW

  • Contact employee within 24 hours of referral and advise Relocation Consultant of the appointment date.
  • Sign and fax referral Agreement as soon as available.
  • Develop rapport with employee and review credentials and experience.
  • Complete and type Brokers Market Analysis (target of 2 day turnaround) to establish value, not value range.
  • Arrange to review finalized Broker Market Analysis with seller.
  • Fax and review complete marketing strategy with Property Consultant ASAP

Listing

  • If notified by employee or Relocation Consultant, set appointment with employee for listing property
  • Prepare estimate closing figures for employee( paying particular attention to taxes and special assessment payoffs or pro-rations on new construction)
  • After listed, call Relocation Consultant to discuss listing and employee feedback
  • Within 24 hours of listing FAX Relocation Consultant completed copy of listing contract and any local disclosure form

MARKETING UPDATES

  • Provide feedback on all showings or activity in the area of new listings or sales to employee
  • Weekly Status Reports faxed or emailed to Relocation Consultant         
  • Notify relocation CONSULTANTS IMMEDIATELY OF ANY PROPBLEMS

Contracts

  • All offers to be faxed to Employee’s Relocation Consultant.
  • Present offer to employee for negotiations and review with Relocation Consultant
  • Once all contract terms have been negotiated and executed by Buyers, an overnight of the original contract to Relocation Company within 24 hours of execution.
  • Oversee completion of all inspection issues within specified timeframe, lender requirements and contingency removal
  • Notify Relocation Consultant on inspection issues, loan approval, progress toward closing or any other problems
  • If property is vacant, assist employee with arrangements for maintenance and upkeep of property.
